Since I have a few cats that need to get down to the basement level, I put in this doggie door that is big enough for my fat cat. The magnets were an issue because it was more difficult for the cats to push through especially when they are scared of it. I remove the magnets, and it works wonderfully. I can’t seem to believe it’s a toy now. Works well.

It’s a little light. The wind blows it open. Will need a heavier door for winter but this one works for the summer. The dust brush has started to detach from the door. I do have 3 border collies so it gets a lot of use.

This door is a blessing with our little Frenchie. He fit through it perfectly and loves that he can now come and go when he wanted.

Great door for large dogs. My 70 lb dog has no trouble using the door. Very durable. I feel very safe allowing my dog to go through the door. It doesn't feel flimsy. Everything fits together nicely and snug. Very well constructed! Highly recommend.

Exactly what I was hoping for. Great size and works as expected.

I ordered this dog door to replace an old one that my dog's puppy tore the flap off of. This large dog door is the same size as my old one, so I was able to simply place this in the existing hole! The dog door is sturdy, and I like that this one has a stronger, stiff flap that will be more indestructible. My dogs easily learned how to use this one versus the flimsy flap that they're used to. It has rained for several days in a row now and I'm not having any water leaking into the house. I really like the fact that there's a slide in plastic locking door for this one as well. My dogs were able to push through the previous snap on locking door, but they can't push through this door. Overall, this is an excellent size for a large dog, is good quality, locks well, and should last a long time! I recommend it!

Turns out the company stands by the material saying you don’t have to replace the flap. That was my only concern on the first one was the type of material and would it crack and hurt the pup and where do I get replacement flaps? My previous dog doors I have to change my plastic flaps often. Knowing this now; I’ve ordered extra and now replacing the dog doors with these. My doors are white and the first one I got had black trim. I wanted it to match; you can paint these any color you want. Bubba (4 y/o blue nose Pittie) is happy ; these doors are much larger too, more width.

I got lucky with this purchase, I got it to replace an old torn up dog door and they were the exact same size, so the hole was already cut in the door! It took longer to remove the old door than it did to install this one. It only took a few minutes to line the pieces up and screw them together. It fit together easily and looks nice when done. I like that is has the solid plastic piece so you can close it. It rained strongly a few days after I installed and no water came through, strong wind will move it some, but living in Oklahoma we get used to the wind. I would recommend, this is a well made easy to install dog door, I think it will last a long time too.
