Great Biddie Grit!
We have ten new biddies that we just added to our flock this week. After raising our first ten last year, 100% indoors until they reached pullet size, we have learned from trial and error as well as The School of Hard Knocks regarding what to do and what not to do with baby chickens. If you have raised baby chickens before, you know how difficult it is to find grit that is small enough for 0 to 8 weeks old. Most of what is sold as "Biddie Grit" or "Chick Grit" is entirely too large for baby chick's. We just found our permanent solution to this problem when we purchased this Chick Grit. It has a uniform fineness to it that is absolutely perfect for baby chick's. We found the product to be high-quality, with perfect ingredients and size. and was very fresh. It is an excellent value for the money, as one bag should get 15 to 20 chick's through their first and cutest stage of life. With our next brood, we will certainly re-purchase this product. ☆☆☆☆☆ Five Stars

Baby chicks love it!
We live in Florida and raise our own meat birds. Normally I grab some sand from outside and bring it in for the chicks to give them some grit. It takes time to clean it and make it as pure as possible for the babies. They love the sand but I thought it may be better to get some chick grit and give myself peace of mind. The sand outside could have bad things in it that the baby chicks are not ready to deal with. Well I am happy I switched to chick grit. The baby chicks are going nuts over it and I will continue to use this product for my young birds health and happiness. 👍👍👍👍👍

Perfect size for baby chicks!
This is THE perfect sized grit for baby chicks! I stopped at my local Farmers COOP and my husband went in to get chick grit. We have 19 chicks…he opted for the 50-lb bag of medium sized grit bc it was only $11.00. My goodness, adult chickens might choke on this! They don’t carry small grit so Amazon to the rescue! I chose to take a chance on the MILE FOUR CHICK GRIT and I’m glad I did. It’s a fine quartzite that I sprinkle on top of the crumbles and they devour the entire feeder in no time. They are almost 2 weeks old, growing well and I’m starting to feed them easy foods….fresh grass, some dandelion petals, garden fresh lettuce and frozen apple. I’m not worried about them since they’ve been getting this grit. I highly recommend MILE FOUR.

New time chicken owner. Wasn’t sure if they needed it or not. But they ate it and survived so I guess that makes it 5 stars
