It arrived in good shape, everything was there. I have to admit that I was surprised by how small it was because I didn't look at the dimensions in the description. However I'm ok with the size since I'm only making candles for myself and family for emergencies. I did a small test batch today of 2.5 ounces of beeswax and I couldn't believe how quickly it melted the wax. I started on about the 3.5 mark and I had to turn it to 1.5 because it was getting the wax to hot and the wax started smoking. I'm sure with a larger amount in pitcher, I will need a higher temperature. This is why I tested it, so I don't make a mistake later on. So far it performed really well and I look forward to making a full size candle with color and scent the next time. From my limited use and visual inspection it seems to be a good product and I can definitely recommend it for a beginner like me. It's a small investment to see if this is a hobby that you would like to do more before investing in a larger scale set up.

Works great for small batch candles or wax melts! The pot is small but I knew that as I measured before ordering. It does smoke a bit the first time but again the instructions warned it would do that the first time as it primes itself. The thermometer works great as I tested it against another one I already have. I did not use the spoon as it is tiny and feels kinda cheap. I have nice bar spoons that I always use instead. Overall, this is a nice little set up and holds 32oz or 900ml of wax, making it great for doing wax melts or tarts. It warms up very fast so just watch your wax and pull off the burner when the correct temperature is reached.

Works amazing, melts fast, cleans easy. The only thing I had trouble with was getting use to pouring the wax in tin or whatever I'm using, the silicone spout would try and slip off the first few times I used it but I guess I've gotten use to it and doesn't slip or slide off at all now. Just be prepared in the beginning pouring it, it's a bit tricky! I absolutely love it now!

I bought this for a small craft project and it worked really well. It was easy to assemble and worked fast to melt the wax. I highly recommend.

Used this to make candles. Never gave me an issue and heats up very quickly. Just make sure to not put it too hot or it will smoke a little. Easy to clean as well just warm it up again and wipe it clean.

Had trouble with temperature regulation with this product. Did not work for what I needed it for.

Funciona bien para iniciar pero el recipiente no es muy grande si deseas producir más.

Me gustó muho el producto, funciona muy bien, es muy compacto, lo que lo hace facil de guardar y manejar, el envase tiene buena capacidad. El termometro me es muy util y la base de silicona es bastante resistente. Me gustó

el producto me encanto, si es lo que esperaba, solo un comentario, se puede evaluar al producto y al vendedor pero en ningun lado veo donde evaluar a la empresa de entregas que fue con quien tuve un problema (el unico que he tenido) a la entrega de este producto, señores de amazon creo que debemos poder evaluar a las empresas de paqueteria, gracias.
