You can't go wrong with liquid IV. When I first tried the product I added in an entire tube into 8 ounces of water and that was a little too strong. It does have a slight salty taste to it but that just means it's doing its job. Good quality, taste well and definitely can fast track hydration! Ingredients are nice too. And I think I did get a little boost in energy.

I absolutely love Liquid IV! These flavored water packets are a lifesaver for staying hydrated, especially on busy days or after workouts. Liquid I.V. is quite different from regular flavored water. They have a bit of a strange taste and the consistency is different. The mango is the flavor that I have found to be better than any of the other ones that I tried. The pineapple and coconut are good too. Many of the other flavors are a bit strange tasting. I'll be sticking mostly to the 3 I mentioned. These help with the dry mouth problem that I have.

I’ve purchased bags after bags from Costco but now will purchase them from Amazon! Having the conveniency of them at my door and for a good price! The fact that I don’t have a caffeine dump at the end of the day is great. The hydrating/ energy efficiency of this is all I’ve been looking for. The flavors are good too! Not too sweet! Make sure to use the suggested amount of what or more. I add it to my big tumbler and go to work.

Perfect to keep your body hydrated. You are getting your value for your money. I can truly say is very effective in avoiding cramping of your muscles during and after a workout. I don't work out, but I can see where this product will help. I need it due to my neurological condition to help with dealing with the cramping of my leg muscles.

I did not like this Mango Tamarind flavor. I was expecting a tropical taste but this tastes awful. This seems like it would be a good chaser for someone who drinks alcohol. I'm not sure if it's the sugar content or what. I drink Liquid IV often and it dissolve immediately upon contact with water. With this one it did not dissolve at all. It actually coagulated (similar to the picture another reviewer left) and it sank to the bottom of my glass. I had to pull out my milk frother to mix it up to have it dissolve and it still did not mix out. I'm a little upset I can't return it but I'll be going back to my tried and true passion fruit and acai flavors. Or maybe it's the +Energy line of Liquid IV products on their own. All of the other flavors, even the sugar free ones, taste amazing and dissolve well. I'll be avoiding the + Energy if they all taste bad like this.
