Unfortunate situation & now unfortunate situation No 2

Speedy delivery - thanks. However warranty label Void as it hadn't been put in the correct place and was stuck partially over one of the back slots!. Also, parts in the box - e.g. plug, weren't in their packaging so perhaps had been out previously?? Don't think it had been used but I could be wrong. Now returning & ordered replacement. Got fingers crossed that new one will be ok.Update - original refunded, replacement received.Finger are now uncrossed as this replacement didn't work!Absolutely hopeless. We've had these boxes for years so no, I'm not a novice. It can't find any satellites - even using automatic search so therefore no channels & can't use.Now on it's way back for a refund, again.
