I'm no electrician, but I'm comfortable rewiring lights and some other basic jobs which is what this was for. I've used some of it so far to add spotlights into my hall way from a single source and so far so good. Easy to work with and good value. Not sure I will ever use all of this, but if I do I wouldn't hesitate to buy again.

Beware - as per the picture I ordered this cable because I was expecting a 50m drum of cable. What arrived was a length (50m, who knows?) of loose cable in a plastic bag. The cable had been folded into 3 and then coiled, so it was impossible to uncoil without ending up a tangled mess. Another problem - part way along the cable there was damage to the outer grey insulation, exposing the conductor insulation inside. The conductors themselves didn’t look damaged, but of course the cable was no longer waterproof. As this was in the section of cable already installed outside I’ve tried to waterproof the damage with self-amalgamating tape. If I’d have noticed the damage before I used the cable I would have returned it for a refund.

Finally arrived now just need to sort the battens for the loft looks OK should do the job pity about the long delivery time but crap happens
