I've been using California Gold Nutrition Collagen for years, usually buying smaller packages of 16oz. Never had any issues with it, it always worked great. It dissolves quickly, and has neutral taste and smell. This time I decided to buy a bigger package of 35oz, and I am not sure if this particular package came from a faulty batch, but the smell and taste of the product is unbearable, it's absolutely disguising. It literally reeks of dead fish cartilage, and I can't even drink it without gagging. Moreover, the dissolved product looks cloudy and has a strange grayish color. There go my $70 completely wasted. I am very disappointed in the inconsistency of this product that I used to trust.
