Genuinely the best kitchen tool I've ever bought
This thing changed my life. That probably sounds like exaggeration, but it has totally transformed my cooking. We have home made bread now because paninis on this thing are incredible. We use it for heating up indian rotis, and it does bagels so much better than my toaster. We grill quesadillas on it to perfection. It heats unbelievably fast and perfectly evenly. If you want the perfect browning without burning anything, this is it. It's easy to clean, PFAS free (which is a big point for me and should be for you), and the reversible sides make it incredibly versatile. Seriously, get this grill. You won't regret it.

Easy to clean
I have been using this GreenPan grill for about 2 years. What I like the most is its non-stick coating, since the food does not stick and cleaning is very simple. The removable trays make washing even easier, something I appreciate after cooking. It has two grill options so just by exchanging it I can make hamburgers or a scrambled egg and even sautรฉ vegetables. I keep it when I don't have it in use because it takes up a little space on the countertop. 10/10 to this product for its non-stick coating is the best of the best. I loved it, I finally got what I wanted.

I recommend this grill!
Works very well I would of given it a 5 star, but the only downside to this cooking machine is the top grill. You must angle it a certain way some of the times when cooking. It is a true non-stick for cleaning and the temperature control is excellent. A good bang for my buck!

Great design, easy controls and cleanup and non-stick ceramic; love it.
I was waiting for my old contact fryer to pass on so I could get a good panini maker. Iโve this one to make sandwiches 3 times now and it works great. Very intuitive controls. Just make sure you have the pans snapped in correctly so everything is level. Pans remove easily for cleaning and itโs great that they are ceramic coated, so no chemicals. Non stick surfaces work great and cleanup is easy. I saw some reviews that things like bacon cause it to overflow grease. The edges of the plates are shallow, which is needed to get good contact on thinner items, so I could see this happening with highly fatty meat like bacon. I wouldnโt expect that to work out well, so I wouldnโt try it. I did reheat some smoked pork brisket for a sandwich, and the fat flowed into the catch tray as designed. As long as youโre not planning to make something like a lot of bacon, Iโd highly recommend this. Absolutely worth the space it takes up, if you love grilled sandwiches.

The best kitchen gadget I didn't know I needed
I bought this specifically to make paninis, but didn't realize how much I needed this press in my kitchen. I use it all the time now. I even bought the add-on waffle plates and waffle just about anything that will fit. The double-sided plates are excellent with the raised grill lines on one side and the flat plate on the other. I use both sides regularly and they were great for their desired results. I keep coming up in new ways to use the thing and now put it to work three or four times a week at various meals. The removable trays are one of the marquee features of this device and one of the key decision points I had for getting it. I've had similar cooking devices (like waffle makers) with fixed plates and they're a nightmare to clean up. The ceramic coating on the reversible cooking trays sweat off everything. Add that to the fact the cooking trays are removable makes for ridiculously easy cleanup. Just don't use metal utensils as they will scratch the coating and destroy the non-stick surface. If there was one criticism that I would have, it's that the drip tray fills up really quickly when you're trying to fry bacon or doing something else with a lot of fat content in it. If it does start filling up, it's not practical to pull it out and empty it mid-cook if there's still more fat running out. You'll end up with this huge mess all over the counter with the drip tray out. This is manageable and you just have to be cautious about the quantity you're cooking when prepping something particularly fatty (again, bacon). Definitely not worth downgrading the score over this as the drip tray is more than sufficient for most uses, but something that almost caused me a problem. Okay, one other thing: there's a mandatory timer you have to set every time you turn the heat on. I understand the purpose of the forced timer - it's to protect against you walking away and forgetting the thing is on - but the timer is kind of a nuisance if you set it too short and the machine shuts off before you're done using it. I only did this once. Now I just set the timer at 45 minutes so I've got plenty of time to finish cooking whatever. This way I shut it off manually before the timer ever runs out. The device always remembers the last used temperature and timer setting which is super convenient, so it's kind of set once and don't worry about it. Again, not worth marking down the score over it, just worth a mention in case anybody else is running into same problem. Overall, I'm deliriously happy with this press and can't recommend it highly enough.

Excellent
Just got this two days ago. So far, we have cooked chicken thighs, mushrooms and zucchini for dinner. Today, I tried a panini sandwich at noon. All turned well. It is easy to use, and it heats up quite fast. I am still getting used to adjusting the top grill for panini.

This grill cooks great. Needed something to cook indoor grilling style for 2. It cooks quickly and the chicken we cooked tasted great.

Great little griddle
Great little griddle for a quick breakfast before work. I wish the drip system was a little better because anytime you go from open to closed it goes everywhere.
