I got the Le Creuset enameled cast iron bread oven as a gift for my husband, and he absolutely loves it!. Highly recommend it for serious bakers or anyone who appreciates quality cookware. Highly recommend this Le Crueset Bread pan. I love the enameled, licorice color! The cast iron is made with perfection! My sourdough loaves had amazing rise. Especially love the logo at the bottom of the loaf. I am extremely happy with purchasing it! It is outstanding!

This was a gift to my niece's husband, and he loves it. Bakes bread almost every day. I got him the black one which looks so perfectly rustic in his kitchen.

Needed a taller Dutch oven as we are getting better at making good sourdough. Our other Dutch oven worked well but was restricting the loaves from rising as the flat lid was limiting more rise. This is a beauty as are all of our other Le Creuset products. A bit expensive but last forever.

I was using a lodge cast iron Dutch oven and using it upside down. It was so heavy and a lot of effort and took a bit to get situated so my oven lost so much heat. But this pan is awesome. I can easily remove the lid and let the bread continue cooking without losing so much oven heat. Real game changer. Quite pricey but worth it.

The item came with a broken top handle / missing a screw . It’s not as described in the ad ‘used but new ‘ …. There’s no screw to even attach the knob handle . So disappointing!

My Wife the Sourdough Baker Loves This. She feels she gets very nice loaves out of it. It is also easy to remove the loaves versus using the silicone slings she had been using in her dutch oven.

This is perfect for making sourdough bread. It turns out perfect every time.!

My Le Creuset! Love it! Pricey and very much the rolls royce of bread/dutch ovens, but boy is it worth it. I've been making bread for about a year now and use my breadmaking as a form of therapy. The more I bake the better I feel. And I'm definitely feeling so much better! The Le Creuset makes baking easy and most rewarding. Yes you can make good bread with other ovens and kitchen kit, but I'd say if you're not an experienced or skilled home baker, this will give you confidence that your bread will turn out exactly as you envisaged. Even experienced home bakers will find that the simplicity with which the Le Creuset produces tasty crusty bread, without the need for pans of hot water in the bottom of the oven or the spraying of water into the oven, is a wonder. Let loose your sense of adventure as you try out different and varied recipes, knowing your Le Creuset has your back. Great results! Great price (I got mine at 30% off) and it doesn't half look grand in my kitchen.
