Rothco Men's Car Coat Undercover Travel Vest

Love it - fits good and LOTS of pockets to put things in. Unfortunately, lots of pockets to lose things in too, so you need a system!!

I bought this product for an upcoming trip to Africa and wanted a bit more security. This certainly fits the bill with all its internal pockets. I was a bit surprised by it's weight (bit heavier than expected) as it uses a solid cotton - polyester fabric. Good zippers but I would have liked to have seen double stitching (something we will rectify ourselves). Definitely met my expectations.

I like the cut. It’s wife around the waist, semi-form-fitting around the chest, and rests just below one’s belt line. I’m 5’6, and 165 pounds. It’s easy to EDC with a high-ride holster. I don’t mind if the barrel is slightly below, as I’m mostly Concerned about breaking up the girth, which this vest does. Lots of pockets. Much less money than the ScottEvest.

This vest if very nice it made of good material, runs true to size & the pockets are all easy to access. Even fully loaded it does not look overly bulky, but if your just carrying the essentials you can't even see the outlines which is pretty nice. Took one star away for wait. I bought this for taking hikes & walks during quarantine but being as its 3 layers thick in places and made of heavy cloth it gets extremely hot in anything above spring weather (70s max) so be aware.

It was a gift for a young guy that has a background in military stuff. He really liked it. It fit well also.
