I bought this to use to get to work so I do not have to take my car across town.I go from the north side of town to the south side which takes about 5 minutes via car. On the bike it takes 10 minutes which is not bad at all!I added some saddle bags and bags to the front rack for extra storage. I also am getting some other bags to put on it.My daily commute is about 5-8 miles per day round trip including me taking my lunch.I can charge it at work and it be fully charged half way through the day.My only complaint is customer service wise. I want to get a second battery but they are not much of a help support wise.Also not quite sure of how waterproof it is but I am still getting a full bike cover for it and I prefer not to ride it in the rain.I have noticed some cable chafing where the cables go into the frame near the front wheel. I plan to cut a spare grommet i have down and fit it in there and put some electrical tape on top just to add extra protection.The kick stand I notice does not seem as stable as when the bike came originally and I notice some bent metal where the kickstand goes into.The seat is adequate for most folks but If your going to use it a lot I would recommend getting a wider and softer seat.

I purchased 4 of these bikes. They are from China, and the assembly instructions are poorly written. Could they not hire someone to translate? There were absolutely no instructions on how to operate the bike. Again, I purchased 4 of them, and they all had the same issue. Assembly was hit or miss based on the poor instructions, I had to take them apart and reassemble them. (I have 3 Ivy League degrees BTW!!) 3 of the bikes worked fine, the 4th did not work at all. Now I am screwed. There is no way to return the defective bike. Customer service is limited to emailing someone in China who speaks limited English. They wanted me to send them a video of a bicycle that does not work!! Huh?? They are the cheapest E-bikes available, but obviously you get what you pay for. There is no way to service them in the US. I will need to contest the charge with my credit card and hope for the best.

My bike arrived earlier than expected and was easily assembled. It doesn't do 20mph like advertised but it moves along. Overall a good purchase.

I was impressed with the quality of this bike. It seems to be well made. The packing was amazing, so there was no damage. I’ve only been on one ride but very pleased so far. Would recommend these bikes.

Bought this for my beau’s bday. He had to call customer service to get help in assembling it but they helped him resolve the issue within a couple days. He needs to upgrade the seat but he loves it!!

Speed max is 19. It hits 20 for a second and it goes to 19. So when they say its 22-24. Absolutely lying.Battery dies very fast because its a small battery. So don’t believe that fast charging because its a small battery so it will charge in 4 hours.The battery dies in 5 miles using the throttle.This ebike is not worth 750 or even 500. You can get an ebike with the same features for 350 on amazon. Really really expensive and not worth the price at all.I tried to return it but they refused.

Battery takes long to charge but does not hold charge more than few hrs even if bike not used.
