Can you shampoo it all over a horse to encourage hair regrowth after clipping?

Hi This isn’t a shampoo. It doesn’t lather up as it is oil based and is very greasy. I apply it twice a week to areas of hair i want to regrow and it works wonders. This product is more for problematic areas of the horse where hair regrowth struggles (like rubbed tops of tails or rubbed manes etc.). Hope this helps 😁
