Seriously over priced. Propel powder is almost as good and is 1/5 of the Price. It works well for hydration and taste good, maybe a tad too sweet. Def have to double the water to enjoy it.

Good way to help kids stay hydrated
We use this during sickness primarily. It's a great way to get kids to drink extra water when they aren't feeling well. The strawberry flavor is my child's favorite so we got this large pack of the single flavor. Great to have on hand and also keep a few in our travel bags because you never know when you might need some!
