These are a great tool in the arsenal for any glp-1 dieter. They're relatively high in protein (although admittedly, high in fat as well) and are a satisfying alternative to very high sugar and expensive "protein bars" that taste pretty gross to me now that I'm taking Monjouro.They're definitely not healthy to eat all day--I personally wouldn't eat them more than once a day. But on balance, considering cost, taste, and convenience, they're the perfect snack on the go for someone who doesn't really feel like eating at all--much better than the alternative.
