They work well.

Works as intended
Just used 2. The replaced one had a drift, but it is advisable to replace both. Fits perfectly in the PS5 boards. The problem here is to take out the old ones. You need soldering experience.

Worked... Kind of
I replaced these pots in 3 controllers. It fixes drift, but comes with it's own issues right from the manufacturer. Some work, some don't. For those of you having issues replacing, due yourself a favor, buy low melt solder, flux, and desolder wick. Makes easy work of this. Apply flux to pins, add low melt solder being mindful of not staying on one pin too long. Move low melt to all pins and keep moving in a circular motion keeping board hot. The pot will fall out. Clean with ipa, put down fresh flux, apply wick to board to clean holes followed up with another cleaning of ipa. Install new pots, flux pins, and resolder again not staying too long on the pins to prevent burning eyelet and ruining the board.

You get what you pay for.
Some worked well and I had like 3 of them that already had some major stick drift. Even after useing a 3rd party software to re calibrate them. Glad I got 8 of them.

No need to solder
You don't have to solder. When you're looking at the component on the board, just pop the two green tabs off from the center, take tweezers and pull the white disk out and replace with the coils from the replacement. If you put it in correctly, the green tab should click back into place. Shouldn't have to force it much. If you are, it's not seated correctly. I've fixed three controllers this way.I've also noticed sometimes these replacements may not work. That's just an FYI if you're certain you did everything right but it's still drifting. Just try another one and it should work.

Kind of worked, but not like a new controller. NOT recommended.
I replaced both my joysticks in my controller. I went online to calibrate them for center and circularity and they calibrated fine. Which the circularity actual came out better than the new controller I bought. But after moving the sticks around a bit and pushing down on them, the left one would just jump off to the right. I pushed/moved the stick around a bit and it would go back to center. So I replaced the joy stick again and all test where fine. Well, until about a few hours of game play and the left stick would just start going the the right again. Testing online again, I could see the left line jump off the the right just for a bit and come back to center. I could not get it to stay there, at the right like the 1st joystick. So I just gave up on this controller and bought a new one. The board installed was a BDM-030.
