This is a nice BINGO set It's not Commercial Grade It's for Home Use
I received the Bingo set in a few days and it was packaged well. As others have stated the balls are very small and the set is decent but one needs to be patient. My first task was separating the Bingo balls from the packaging. They come out of a plastic mold so the balls are connected to one another. That's not a big deal but it takes some time to separate them as each Letter BINGO is a separate tab with the appropriate numbers printed. I found by twisting the ball in one direction or back and forth some they came off easily. Some people indicated they were missing a number? Not sure how that could happen as these IMO are produced in a mold and each letter and balls are part of one process. Anyhow as I twisted some to release from the tab, a couple slipped out of my big fingers, not a big deal but make sure you do this over a table with a towel under you so they don't bounce and fall on the floor. Once separated, many of the balls had plastic flashing still on them. Would that be a problem as you play or prevent the ball from going into the cup as you rotate the cage? I don't think so, but I used super sharp craft knife to cut/scrape the flashing off. That took 15 minutes. OK all the balls are separated I put them into the cage and tried spinning to see how they would drop out. Several comments said the balls were coming out of the cage and wouldn't stay in the chute. I think if people understand this is a upgraded toy and not a professional BINGO set, you just need to turn the cage slow and the balls will come one at a time into the chute for you to call out the number on the dispensed ball. The plastic holder you put the dispensed balls in is decent enough and will work fine. All said and done, We're waiting for the kids and grandkids to arrive so we can put the game into action. I will say the chips are very small and multi-colored, not sure why but maybe just to add color but not necessary IMO. When we play I will use pennies as easier to hold and move around and keep track of. This was $25 there were other sets in the $65 - $75 range and a bit bigger but I think for family use 3-4 times a year this game should work out fine. My biggest concern will be keeping all the balls together and not losing any. However they do sell sets of balls if needed. The main thing is to enjoy this and have fun...

Fun game but not so fun to set up
Our family loves playing this, but the setup was a major pain. You have to break the plastic chips and balls apart yourself. The chips left sharp, painful edges, forcing me to buy separate pre-made chips. Additionally, the ball cage is flimsy. If you spin it normally, the balls fly out, so you have to turn it very slowly. It is fun for family night, but the quality definitely needs improvement.

POOR QUALITY but called DELUXE !!!
I received an opened box and a smashed Bingo cage. However, I will not take this issue into account for this review. The quality of the Bingo cage is subpar, with the material easily bending. The small plastic cup designed to hold the ball and chips is also of poor quality. Despite these shortcomings, Regal Toys labels this product as a DELUXE Bingo set. I strongly advise against spending your money on this item, even if they charge 20 Canadian dollars. Consider looking for a different brand with better quality. I requested a refund.

Product is not as advertised.
The bingo cage was described as an 8" cage and as you can see from my picture is less than 5" in size. I was disappointed and I have returned the product.
