ZIRO PLA Filament 1.75mm, 3D Printer Filament PLA PRO Basic Color Series | 1kg/2.2lbs Spool, Dimensional Accuracy +/- 0.03mm, Black

I’ve been using ziro filament for printing for about 5-years now and with the exception of silky green (which is frankly rubbish!), it’s never let me down, printing easily and without blockages. The colours are always great, the spools are always tangle free and I’ve never had issues with build plate adhesion on either of my printers (glass and metal beds).I’ve printed board game inserts, war game buildings and components, 28mm figures, toys, car parts and accessories (phone holders, cup holders, gear knobs etc) and never had an issue with quality.Ziro has become my go to brand - some of the colours can be a bit expensive, but they are regularly reduced, so put them in your watch list and wait 😊

The filament was well packaged as it arrives with silica desiccant included to prevent the build-up of humidity (which is quite common). The recommended printing temperature printed on the box was useful, and the print turned out beautifully as shown in the figure. Ziro is also quite thoughtful to also include a re-sealable plastic bag to store your filament. This is something that other filament company should be doing.I like the fact that the spool holder is transparent, allowing you to estimate the amount of filament left on the spool. The spool holder also has holes to hold the filament in place to prevent tangling during storage. Despite it is not very eco-friendly (many companies like filamentive and proto-pasta opt for cardboard spool holders), it does the job.The print came out beautifully with very bright and saturated colour - plenty of pigments (as advertised). It adheres well to the print surface (glass bed with hair spray) without any warping. With the right print setting, I can completely eliminate stringing. The bond between layer is also very strong, resulting in a strong and rigid print as you'd expect from a high-quality PLA filament.Overall I'd recommend this product.

I've bought 9 different colours of Ziro filament, the only one i'm not too pleased with is the "white" as it's a milky white, however, it prints just as well as all the other colours i have purchased.This is a great filament for the price, in the box comes a mylar type ziplock bag to store the filament in....i get best results at 200-205c nozzle temp and 60c bed....this filament sticks well but is easily removed from the bed with very little effort.Other filaments i have had stuck far too well and ruined the bed cover because the parts needed a lot of prying to remove them. This stuff sticks very well, but not too well it's impossible to remove a print from the bed.I have Red, Translucent purple, gold, silver, black, orange, blue, yellow and white....as i say, the white is an off white, almost like a very light cream, the image you see on the roll on the advert (the one with the spool) looks exactly like the colour it prints, i was thrown off a bit as there were other images which showed it looking more white so i assumed the off white/cream one was due to lightingOverall this is a great filament, no blockages, it's not overly brittle so it doesn't crack on the spool or as a print. I've dropped several thin prints and they haven't broke unlike other PLA's.

Many people think all cheap filament is the same crap, I’ve been using this brand confidently for 2+ years and I have not encountered any blockages or tangles, it can fit into most AMS and spool holders fine. The quality is great, the glow is matte when you print it and not really shiny but I like that. Quality is better than the 4 other filament brands I’ve used, never broken or had a failed print due to the filament. In the box you also get a sample filament, cleaning filament and a UV storage bag. Only downside is that in tight corners there can be slight stringing but it’s easily wiped away with a blade, no clots or bumps.

This PLA filament is a fantastic choice for draft printing or quick projects. It’s affordable, making it perfect for testing designs or producing items where fine detail isn’t a priority. Despite the low price, it prints smoothly with minimal stringing and consistent layer adhesion.I’ve used it for prototypes, functional prints, and even throwaway projects, and it’s performed reliably every time. It works well on standard settings and doesn’t require much tweaking, making it great for casual or beginner users.If you need a cost-effective filament for everyday prints or experimentation, this is a great option. Highly recommend it for saving money while still getting decent results!

I normally tend to stick to the brands I know with 3d printer filament however this one suited the colour I needed so I took a risk...I was definitely not disappointed with some great quality prints!At first the filament looks more white than beige but for some reason once the print is done, it's as beige as my diet!Adhesion is great with a heated bed of 50/60c and my print temp of 195c.Minimal stringing on a dedicated string test and like I said, great quality prints!The filament irons very well too for an extra smooth top layer! (check pic)Although I'd never heard of this brand, I would recommend and say its on par with the likes of Anycubic and Esun PLA.Nice and tightly wound on the reel and vaccum packed with a sachet of silca gel to combat any moisture during transit!

Ziro filament I have found is good value for money. Some better than others. The red is good and produced nice strong prints. My two favourite ziro filaments are the marble filament this gives a speckled finish that sort of looks vaguely marble but the big advantage is that due to the specked finish and colour it hides support marks or any minor first layer/top layer problems. The second is the glow in the dark filament. This is absolutely fantastic. It’s very strong and rigid the colour in the day helps to mask layer lines and has a nice frosted ice appearance. The best bit is the glowing power. Even indoors away from windows this will glow all night long just from being in a bedroom away from the windows. It is opaque do you will see infill through it 4-6 perimeters will help and extra layers or depending on the model print solid. I have printed models 2 perimeters and 20% infill (grid) and still glows all night. It is brighter the more layers/walls and is capable of excellent detail (printed the dinosaur head demo from prusa on my mk3)

This filament is really disappointing. It’s worked the first few prints, but as you use it the filament hasn’t been loaded onto the reel correctly so tangles and stops the print in process. This filament isn’t therefore useable. I DON’T RECOMMEND!

Nozzle clogged instantly. Impossible to make a print unless you increase the temperature to hide the bad quality. As soon as I switched to my previous material all went back to normal.

Filament de tres bonne qualité, zero defauts avec ce filament, coloris bien respecter et bonne rigidité des produits imprimer même en mode vase.

No problems with any filament so far. This one created a disaster due major clogging.Even after fixing this filament remains horror. Cannot understand any positive reviews for it
