Everything is perfect, especially the remote control. You can also play games after you install them from the Google Store, including games console emulators like the Super Nintendo emulator. And the amazing part is you can use any wired USB PC gamepad. You can simply expand its USB port by using any USB hub, but don't forget the limitation of its USB power (this might not allow you to connect some power-demanding devices like heavy-duty hard drives).

Easy installation and timely delivery. Good product and the picture quality was good and sharp(4K). remote was working fast with voice option. Satisfied with the product performance.

This tv box is decent and work as expected. The only reason to deduct a star was the lack of ethernet port, which I believe to be important since the device is not a stick. But it works really well.

This is a very good streaming device if you have a 'dumb' tv without such features built in. The device was able to unify the remote for the TV so we only need to use the Xiaomi one, the device was also very easy to set up and get running. It is worth the money.

I received my order incredibly fast—less than 12 hours! However, I was disappointed to find that the item was not new, as advertised. The carton was damaged and had visible cuts, with fingerprints and dust inside. It’s clear that this was an open box item. On the positive side, the device itself works fine, but this is the first time something like this has happened to me on Amazon. I expected a brand-new product and didn’t get that. Overall performance has improved, including visual quality and audio, compared to the previous version. Additionally, the price is lower than that of the previous version. The only disappointing aspect is that some apps are not supported in the UAE. However, this was known beforehand, so it's not an issue for me.
