Perfect for the budget shop. Great device for field use as well as the bench.

Takes awhile to find your way thru the menus though they are intuitive. Only scratched the surface of it's capabilities. Will need to purchase or build attenuators to protect it's input.

This spectrum analyzer is very sensitive and has a max input of five volts. It takes a lot of exploration to figure out how it works. There is little information in the user’s manual so it is necessary to go to the internet for help. There is no one you can call for help.

Be sure to run the self test when you get one, and calibrate it, and you will get great results. I've tested a number of HTs with it already. Love the ultra more than the regular one (I have both).

Small size, great documentation. Connects to my PC which is better than using eyeglasses. As I've just begun to use it I can't say much more. Very useful to aim satellite dishes at satellites. Depending on the application you need to know the azimuth and elevation of the satellite then use this to find and tune the signal,

Handy device for in the field assessments.

I had an older 2.8 inch non-ultra version I used a lot to check for harmonics and mixing products. The upgrade to the Ultra version withthe larger screen is sonething I should have done last year! So many new features and the larger display really helps see some of the smaller signals.

Great product. Works well and is very accurate.
