Excellent, and I'm sure to review when i hit excellent products. I'm no longer going for the extracts. Give me ground, chopped, or whole plant. Would give it a 6 if they let me.

Very good supplement

I've used fo ti intermittently since 2016, buying from different vendors in search of good quality and price. Immediately on opening the inner package a strong fungus or mildew-like smell was evident. I tried adding the product to hot coffee and it would not dissolve, leaving a dark mud-like ooze in the bottom of the cup. The coffee took on a very strong mildew or dirt-like taste and smell, unlike that of any fo-ti or he shou wu product I've ever tasted, and I've tasted many. The coffee with this product in it was nauseating and undrinkable. Not sure what's happening here but I will discard this product because I believe it is probably a health risk.

Dissolves remarkably well in water! I'm happy with this Fo-ti
