I used this for as a detox for a pre-employment screening. I had dummies five days prior and I am an occasional user. Followed directions exactly. Was called yesterday screen was clean.

Never tired it before, but it actually works!

I ordered this product because, like many of you, I needed to prepare for a test. I do have a medical card, but I wanted to avoid any potential hassle, so I decided to give this a try. I purchased two bottles along with a couple of home test kits so I could check my results before the actual test. The taste wasn’t terrible, but it did have a strange burning aftertaste—probably from the black pepper extract. Over the next 1–2 hours, I drank close to a gallon of water. I tested my urine every hour, and it took about six hours before I finally got a questionable negative. Since I had two different brands of home tests, I checked with the second one, and that one still showed positive. The faint negative I got didn’t last long either—the very next urine sample (within an hour) was positive again. I should have researched beforehand to see whether my medication would interfere, but I didn’t look into it until after I’d already gone through the cleanse. Sure enough, GLP‑1 medications can reduce the effectiveness of products like this. On top of that, my urine had a green tint, which to me would be a red flag for any lab tech that something was used to alter results. I genuinely believe that if I weren’t on a GLP‑1, this product probably would have worked, and I could have used vitamins to help with the color. I rarely leave reviews, but I wanted to share my experience to help out anyone else using GLP‑1 medications.

I had mixed feelings about this product at first. I had quit for a few weeks before my test and kept the bottle refrigerated until closer to the testing date. On the day of the test, I woke up around 6 a.m. and drank it first thing, followed by a bottle of water. While getting ready, I drank another bottle of water before heading to the test. When I took the test, the toilet water had a blue solution in it, and my urine turned it green. I was freaking out. The sample in the cup was also a very bright yellow and definitely didn’t look normal. When I handed the sample to the nurse, they even had me sign paperwork stating I hadn’t tampered with it. At that point, I was convinced I had failed. About a week later, after waiting on all my test results, I found out I passed everything. So overall, I guess I would recommend the product. Just make sure you take it early enough in the day, drink plenty of water, and check your urine color ahead of time so you have time to dilute it more if needed.

I normally give myself a detox every 3-4 months to keep my body healthy.

Two stars for taste because it is easy to drink. But please be warned, it does not work in one day, give yourself some time when taking this. I believe it may speed up the process but if you are using this to pass a test, take it about a week before if you can. I used it and tested myself the next day. I used a dollar store dipstick test and a hospital drugs of abuse screening cup. Both were positive for THC. I would say drink this, drink a lot of water, exercise/sit in a sauna to sweat, and then go.
