Good brand. Great product. I comparison shopped and did some research before going with this brand. I’m happy with the product quality and price. Please research why it’s important to take K2 and D3 together. (It’s important) This supplement is most commonly used to support bone health, vascular health and to help with immunity. Pure Encapsulations Vit D3 and K2 contains hypoallergenic plant fiber and a vegetarian capsule. It is free from common allergens, GMOs, and artificial additives. These are easy to swallow capsules and the recommended dosage is just one per day. BUT, check with your doctor. While most people are vitamin D deficient, it is possible to have too much. Vitamins A,D, E and K are fat soluble and can be stored in your liver leading to toxicity. Also, if you’re on a blood thinner ask your doctor before taking vitamin K in any form. I purchased these vitamin D capsules at the recommendation of my doctor for deficiency and an and a lack of energy and I have noticed an increase in my lab numbers since I have taken them. They have no smell. They are small enough to ingest without any issues. They don’t have any of the other junk that is added to some of the chewy vitamins or other drugstore brands.

I’m a person with a rare sun allergy. Therefore vitamin D3K2 are necessary for me . I recently had blood work done and my D levels have in the past, been very low. I’ve taken the Pure D vitamin for a month and my levels were at 2.5! This was excellent! My level was always around just above 0. What an improvement! I would highly recommend this Pure vitamin D to anyone who can’t be in the sunlight or is very sensitive to the sun.
