Q: Does it come with a power supply as there is no mention of this in the box contents description?

It's in the styrofoam packaging. Confused me the first time I opened the box. Have no fear, it's there.

Q: Does it have a built in speaker?

No it doesn't, I connect my speaker with a 3.5mm to RCA adapter cable, not too expensive to buy.

Q: Do I need to purchase speakers? If so what do you recommend

I purchased Edifier R1010BT - 4" Powered Bluetooth Wireless Multimedia Studio Monitor Speakers for this so that I could also play bluetooth devices through the system as well (the turntable is a direct phono connection). However the turntable's built-in pre-amp is not powerful enough to drive them at low volume so I added a FX Audio Tube-01 Hi-Fi Stereo Buffer Pre-Amplifier with Mini 6J1 Valve and Vacuum Tube - perfect and allows the volume of the turntable to be controlled separately from the speakers.

Q: Is the speaker output 2 rca jacks, which can be adapted to 3.5mm ? why does lenco not provide this ? presume made in china ?

RCA output is the 'standard' method of connecting a record deck (NOT 3.5mm). Most amplifiers will have the necessary RCA inputs so I would expect that the manufacturer expects buyers to want amplifier connection this way. To be honest, this deck does provide a good quality output so running it through a decent amplifier and speakers is worthwhile.
