better than last version ,looks like it will keep water from draining into panel with the new lip it has on it .time will tell in the boat as far as durability to hold up to salt corrosion on the water Why did you pick this product vs others?:replacement from old rusty one Build quality:build is good ,seems to be strong switches Functionality:worked fine does its job Ease of installation:pretty much self exspaniitory its a switch .wire in power out Value for money:seems to be right about same as other brands ,Light level:when you turn the switch on lights are on thats all i can say about that

I use it for my aluminum boat, very simple to put together. Doesn’t drain battery with unnecessary lights (when switch is in off position). And has a good aesthetic look in my opinion.

Works fine but has only been installed on my boat for about a month and it's already rusting and staining my console. Can't send it back for a refund now because I will have a big hole in my console while I look for a replacement that will hopefully fit the same cutout.
