LOVE these lentils. Toss them in the pressure cooker and suddenly you’ve got enough food to feed a small village, your freezer stash, and the church elders after Sabbath. 😂 They’re affordable, filling, versatile, and honestly underrated. I use them for soups, curries, stews, lentil sloppy joes, and meal prep when life is chaotic and my bank account is giving “humble beginnings.” They cook up nicely, taste fresh, and freeze really well. Healthy, comforting, protein-packed, and somehow still delicious with a chunk of crusty bread and hot sauce. Budget meal deluxe.

Good lentils. Fresh and delicious. Cheaper than the grocery store a block away too. I'm pretty sure I'm just going to keep buying lentils from Amazon from now on because there is no reason not to.
