These are perfect for fiber, protein, and a little sugar! The MOST delicious bars available on the market now!
I have tried many protein bars and these are BY FAR my favorite. This protein bar has more calories than many others which I like, but that's great for me since they will make a great in between meal snack when I need a few more calories. The fat content is a little high compared to many but for my workout program, fat is energy and not a downfall. I found these at GNC first and they can't keep them in stock. They literally will sell out 12 boxes in a shipment in one day which is why I came to Amazon to get them. Same price. I don't search out sugar or candy bars but I will tell you that these things are addictive! If you ever have a craving for sugar or candy or need to add some calories to your diet, these things are amazing! Fiber, a tiny little bit if sugar, tons of protein...... What else could you want? Trust me, once you have tried one you will be like everyone at GNC and buying BOXES of them at a time! That's why they can't keep them in stock! Thank you Amazon for always having them in stock!

Delicious and filling
I love these bars. I first discovered them while shopping at a store. So delicious I found them on this site and purchased a full box. I they're pretty big so I cut them in half and have one for a pre or post workout snack, or I use one full bar as a meal replacement. I'm a personal trainer, I let one of my clients sample one, he loves the taste and the fact that it kept him full! I'm in the process of ordering more!! So worth it!!!
