Warping can be fixed with steam
Don't complain about warps, just steam and press the wood. The wood is great and suit my needs perfectly.

Perfect For A Hobby
My husband bought these to teach our 9 yo grandson wood burning. They both love them. The wood IS thin, but smooth. It's good for starting out.

Slight bends to the pieces, but usable
Most of the pieces were bowed, but that is to be expected when buying cheaper wood that is this thin. It was still usable. Worked well for my 10 watt laser cutter, it cut through no problem (with about 5 passes). Faces are a bit rough, but sand down smooth withoit a lot of blemishes. Very very thin wood

This Is a Great Product
I am so pleased with this basswood. All of the other brands that I have used were warped when they arrived--not so with this one. It cuts perfectly in my Glowforge Pro. I will definitely buy it again.

Nice to have on hand for Glowforge projects. I would buy again

Flimsy
The media could not be loaded. This wood is extra thin and warps if you paint it. I am checking to see if I can cut it in my laser engraver without it burning up or crumbling! Probably won't buy again.
