These are really good. In my opinion I believe that because these are fast release that they should be taken one twice a day. I got a headache and I don’t ever get headaches so I do think it was too strong to take two at the same time. I will try taking 1 two times a day and see if that helps.

I purchase this and it seems to work very well. I only take half a dose I feel like it's very strong and works very well. Sometimes I might do half in the morning and half in the evening. I just feel like it's a lot and I don't need to waste it. But it's a great product.

Been trying to find a good magnesium for several years; one that doesn’t upset my pay you’re not pay bladder. The search is finally over! The recommended dose is two a day so I broke it up and take one in the morning and one at night. Very happy with this product so I’ve put it on my automatic re-order list.
