This is just an HDMI monitor that is powered by a USB power plug. Nothing else required. The subscription they talk about is for the software they are showing in the preview. That is also available free of charge with limited features by the way.

Will not work with windows did not come with any paper work need help

Works with windows, (best ad second monitor of course.) Connect hdmi and power usb. Start the computer. Then goto desktop and right click and select display settings. You should see and option to EXPAND/EXTEND display. This is the option you want to select. Also move the monitor around on the screen to match how they are in real life to make easier to move things around with the mouse. Click apply. The new display should come alive.
