The plate is not flat, but when fastened works
Everything heavy in my shop must be on casters as the shop is a very small space. These fixed flat plate wheels were applied to a frame upon which a book shelf cabinet is supported. It needs to be moved from time to time. The published dimensions are accurate and matched the dimensions of the existing swivel casters mounted in two places on the frame. All works well. These casters/fixed wheel casters are a good value.

They seem to be used or seconds
They seemed to be used. The eight casters came in a large bag which had six smaller loose bags, but not one of the eight casters were in any of the six smaller bags. Lol why even bother with the packagingI still need to install them. We shall see…
