I thought it was solid rubber but it’s not. Still serves its purpose but slips easy if your using it against a wall for leg or back

Black parts are super slippery
This could be the perfect ball, the yellow portions are great and have some sort of "grip" against walls or the floor, in contrast the black portion is super slippery so you have to be very careful when using this to not slide. Giving it 3 stars because I got these on discount. This could have been the best ball if those black parts weren't so slippery

Didn't work well for me
I purchased it to massage my glutes but it was to hard. However the product was well made but wasn't useful for what I needed that's all.
