Heat patches with no medication. I can feel some heat so they work but nothing too much or uncomfortable. I don’t believe that the heat alone is helpful without any medication for my lower back pain. The instructions are clear. Adamant not to leave it on the skin for more than 8 hours while using a patch per day max.

Nice size & warmth lasts a long time. Stickiness not best if you accidentally remove a small section with clothes, you might need to keep in place with pant’s & trousers to continue warmth benefits to desired area.
