Does the Job.
This is very effective. Used it in a blocked toilet and it did the job. I just poured the whole bottle in, left it overnight and flushed the loo in the morning, and the problem was sorted. Leaving the toilet clear and the bathroom smelling.lovely again.

Funnily enough, the "main" Mr Muscle Drain Unblocker didn't work on my kitchen sink, but this Kitchen version did. Glad I gave it a try. Water now runs down easily. Definitely buying again.

Not for partially blocked sinks
My sink was partially blocked, draining very slowly, this product was no good at all, maybe it drained past, and had no time to work, maybe it clears full blockages, but it does not deal with part blockages, at all.

Didn't really clear the sink as expected. Would need to do it again.

Try it before calling a plumber!
Worked fantastic! You have to use all of the bottle at once and add boiling water on it. It will generate a bit of fume/vapour/smell, but not much.
