Does this have the liquid to sound like a real can

No, the outer core of the can is filled with a solid material like cement. It doesn't sound or feel like a liquid, but it does make the can roughly the same weight as a full can of coke.

How accurate is it to a real coke can?

Looks just the same, but is a lot heavier. Great for a bag on the beach if you want to go swimming and leave your valuables in it.

Can you put liquid inside or will it leak?

It’s a screw top so I presume it wouldn’t leak but I wouldn’t recommend putting liquid in it tbf
