This pillow is well made, aesthetically pleasing, and versatile. It is easy to adjust the “hardness/softness” by removing some of the buckwheat hulls from inside the pillow. It is the only pillow I use on my bed to sleep. I’m pleased

Works well for my neck and use it all the time. Just be careful when washing, cover shrinks.Correction! I thought it shrank, but it actually did not! You just have to work it to get the cover over the filling again. Push it and squeeze it - and the cover goes on just fine. It's as good as new and just as firm as it was.

Added this to my gallery of pillows. It helps when I need it. The buckwheat did flatten a bit quickly. I may need to stitch it to make it tight again. But the height and firmness are great.

Ok, first I hate the cover. It is ugly plus it makes the roll too hard. I took it out and it is awesome! Even if I'm using my regular pillow, I pop this under my neck and it gives the perfect support

So I can't be entirely certain but it appears to me that along the zipper were either dead bugs or their excrement maybe both.I tried to later convince myself that it was just debris from the buckwheat but the color doesn't match.I poured some of the buckwheat into a ziploc bag and held it against a white background and their was lots of smaller particles of debris but all similar in color to the husks of the buck where and none in the shape of microscopic bugs.Luckily for as long as I stared at any of the tiny things was there any movement so it doesn't seem like there is any bugs still alive.But as a precaution I added some diatomaceous earth. That is when in trying to zipper the inner case back up that the zipper became uncooperative as seen in the photo and refused to stay closed all the way.After multiple attempts I got the majority of the zipper to be closed and then just taped up the spot that was still open to try and keep anything from spilling out.The outer zipper is also difficult to close but at least nothing broke with that one.My paranoia of little bugs getting on me has this still sitting in the garage to ensure any other little creatures living in there will be dead.Of the single time I tried laying on this I was not too impressed as the height of it is barely touching my neck and not providing a ton of support.I purchase a small rectangular shaped buckwheat pillow from a different seller and that size and shape is much better for me than this cylindrical shape.Also their zippers on both the inner and outer cases moved effortlessly and didn't have any signs of bugs. Although after seeing possible signs of bugs on this one I also tossed diatomaceous earth in that pillow also.When I try this cylindrical pillow again if it still isn't doing it for me I'll probably just use the husks to put into a different pillowcase.On the plus side I did like the design of the pillowcase and the feel of the fabric

Due to the nature of the filling I understand that it is hard to get an exact measurement but the pillow I received was only about 3.75 inches. Which is not much of a difference but I found it was just too small to be comfortable. That being said the material and build quality was great! The pattern is solid color yellow and grey squares that do not have the star and flower accents like in the product photo. Check the other review photos if you are concerned. In the end I did return this product but ordered the same brand in the 18x10 size and have been very happy with it.

This is the chair back support I was looking for. I have a trick back and it goes out in half a dozen places and is a constant source of pain and irritation for me. I needed a back roll that I can use with my office chair that I could move around that would give me the support I was looking for. I've tried several products and none of them were satisfactory. until this one.

The print is not the same as the picture. The reason I chose the yellow/grey one over the blue one was because the print has more detail on the yellow/grey one in the advertisement. The one I received has none of the detail as pictured. Also, I wish it was a little longer
