After only having this pepper spray for a short time, the little part That guards the button you actually push down, somehow, went missing. It broke off, but I called the manufacturer and believe it or not. A woman answered the phone. After like the second ring I did not get an answering service. I got a live person, she was super nice. I told her with the problem was she immediately sent out a replacement part I had it with five days snapped it right back into place and it’s been good to go ever since so not only is a good value for the money for what you’re getting with this particular unit, but the customer service was amazing from the manufacture

I haven't had to have to use this yet but I always have it attached to my fanny pack when I take my dogs there alone. The trigger button ended up falling out... So EVERYONE who is giving this a low rating because of a button... listen carefully. All you have to do is email SABRE and they will give you a brand new one as long as you don't wait 2 years after you buy it, to let them know, trust me I almost did the same thing! 🤣) but seriously, please stop being lazy and hit the button that says something was wrong with your item... This is a good company that does make good quality products.

It is an excellent gift or for personal use. Has good range on it and easy to hide. It is easy to use because you simply slide your in and press down. Easy Peasey. Nice for women or men. The color is black. Attach it to something if you want.

i haven't had to use it yet (THANKFULLY) but it's super lightweight, i carry it with me everywhere i go and definitely feel a lot safer. design is straightforward and sleek. appreciate that it has a seat belt cutter and glass breaker too. already ordered a couple for my friends as well.

I recently picked up the SABRE Safe Escape 3-in-1 Pepper Gel and I think it’s a solid product for peace of mind. Wanted something for the keychain, but built better than the SABRE basic pepper gel keychain. This seems like it will hold-up better than the cheaper design.

Bought this for my adult daughter to have on hand when she walks the dog by herself. I got this one because it has a nice clip and hooks right onto the dog leash handle. I hope she never has to actually use it, but now I have some peace knowing she carries it with her.

The nozzle to actually spray anything is not securely in place and falls out until you lose it, rendering it useless. I tried to reach out to the company but they expected me to send the product in so they could investigate it before getting a replacement. Needless to say I’m looking for a more reliable brand and do not recommend purchasing from this brand. When it comes down to it and you actually need it, and it suddenly has no nozzle, what was the point? The product is meant to be on a keychain, which go upside down and swing around yet it’s not made to stay together? My little sister was getting hit on by a pedo that wouldn’t go away while getting into my car and I couldn’t even use this. Completely a waste.
