Rotisserie motor does not work
--updated review. Customer service was able to address issues and updating review based on that. The product is good and hopefully they address their initial issues with motor.The motor for the rotisserie does not work. Already assembled can not return. They advised will take close to a month for replacement if I ever get it. The grill itself seems nice but they cannot ship products that are not functional. The reason I purchased this was for the rotisserie option to grill outside. Will update review if I ever get a replacement.

VERY GOOD DESIGN AND AFFORDABLE
The media could not be loaded. Packaging not fully secured!!Unit received with crooked body, But I end up fixing it, 2 person with strong arm is needed to rectify. But I am very impressed with the design and sturdiness, Looking forward to use it many occasions! Can’t wait to cook Cebuchon this weekend!!
