These are legitimately so delicious. The fiber content is great, but the flavor and texture make them a real treat. They are also very reasonably priced. They've become a staple in our house.

Fiber One bars are a great way of getting more fiber. They pack 9g of fiber at 140 calories and taste good - like a middle of the road granola bar - so are a pleasant and non-controversial way of getting more fiber into your diet. I've taken these at various periods over the years and the one piece of advice I'll give you is that if you're not used to them, the first couple of bars can be a bit rough on the tummy (once your system is used to them this is not the case at all). So I wouldn't advise these for the first time on your way into the office, or a wedding, or anything like that. I quite enjoy these bars and they definitely help to keep things regular.

My husband eats one bar a day for lunch to help keep him “regular”. He finds a bar for lunch is filling enough to help him make it till dinner and also it’s like eating something sweet without feeling sinful. He likes the texture and it’s not like eating dry wood chips.

Great tasting bar with fiber. Could use a little more protein but low in fat and sugar content isn't too bad. The price is right too.

High fiber of 9 grams. Tastes great with no funny aftertaste or side effects. The first three days I ate three a day to kick start my plumbing, then reduced it to one a day. Best value at $.75 a bar compared to IQ at $2 a bar.
