Definitely Worth It
I heard good thing about these so I wanted to give them a try. It was very easy to use, you just soak one end in water for 10 or so minutes and then peel the outer layer off. Then you fluff the "bristles" out to make it a brush. I'll sit and scrub my teeth with it while I'm watching TV and they feel so clean and smooth afterwards. These do have an earthy smell like you would expect from any type of root. But if you can get past that it is definitely worth trying these. These are great to use after meals for a quick refresh.

Absolutely amazing!
Bought these because I heard that they can help naturally whiten teeth and they do just that! My teeth feel so clean and look more white than ever without any chemicals! Great price for a 3 pack too and they last a while!

Smells like expired chemicals & tastes sour
Immediately after I opened the package, it smelled bad. Like a chemically, sour, rotten smell. I thought, maybe this is how they're supposed to smell? So ignored the smell & tried them anyway. They taste really sour & bitter at the same time. Like, if you mixed lime juice with bleach, & left it out for weeks, that's what I would imagine these taste like. I gave it a solid try, followed the instructions verbatim. My review is reliable because I'm telling the truth & personally tried these. Maybe this is how they all smell & taste? Or maybe I got a bad batch. Who knows

My Breath Felt Holy… But My Taste Buds Filed a Complaint
Let me start by saying: I was ready for that ancient oral care glow-up. Prophet-approved? Natural? No fluoride? Say less—I was feeling like a spiritual dental warrior. But the taste… oh lawd. I bit into that miswak like I was about to be blessed and instead got hit with the flavor of ancient tree bark soaked in existential dread. It’s like the stick said, “You want fresh breath? Pay the price.”I powered through it, gag reflex activated, eyes watering like I just remembered all my bad decisions. And you know what? My mouth did feel clean. Like, “just confessed your sins and drank holy water” clean. But I also looked like I just licked a wooden flip-flop.Final Verdict:Effective? Yes.Tasty? Absolutely not.Would I recommend? Only if you’re brave, spiritually aligned, or have zero taste buds left from eating Death Nuts.

Great Product!
These work very well and are helpful for those who've called it quits to smoking and want to return the natural luster and shine of your teeth. Or for heavy coffee drinkers

As good as a toothbrush, if not better!
I’m actually very fond of these miswak sticks. Very effective, soft enough that I can brush my gums with it despite having sensitive gums, and stiff enough to effectively remove all plaque. Very impressed. It kind of reminds me of a natural version of a micro-nano toothbrush, which I also have and love to use. I was a little skeptical when I saw some people say that they didn’t like the smell or taste, but, I’ve also been using herbal and natural things for many years, and I know sometimes people say that because the product is actually bad, but probably a majority of the time, people say things like that because they expect it to be the same as what they’re used to. This is a plant, not plastic, and it’s not going to taste or smell like unicorn sparkles or an artificial flavor. If you need to have flavor, have a natural mint or minty tea after cleaning with the miswak stick. If the batch was shipped in good condition, it won’t have any problems. When you open it, it will have a mild earthy smell that I’d describe as wet grass or wet tree and a very mild horseradish smell, but that smell dissipates very fast after opening the individually wrapped sticks, that’s just a natural smell that wrapped plants will get because they need a bit of air exposure after opening. After soaking the end of the stick, there’s no smell, and it has no flavor, it’s completely flavorless. Left my mouth feeling and tasting very fresh after brushing with it, without having to spit! I just drank cold water after brushing, and my mouth was fresh. Rinse the stick after using it, and dry it, and then it’s ready for you to wet the end again and reuse it. Really glad I got this, I’m surprised at how well it works.
