I’ve had lower back and hip pain from side sleeping for years, and most knee pillows either slide out or don’t provide enough support. This Contour Legacy Cool one is different. The shape is thoughtful—it supports both the knee and thigh so my hips stay aligned without any twisting. I don’t wake up as stiff anymore, and it’s made a noticeable difference in how rested I feel. The cooling gel and ventilated foam actually work; it doesn’t get hot or sweaty like regular memory foam pillows do, even on warmer nights. It stays in place all night, no readjusting. The cover unzips and washes easily too. It’s not the cheapest option, but for the relief it gives, it’s been a good buy. I’d get it again if I needed a replacement. Solid product. 5 stars.

The cooling aspect is the standout feature for me. I tend to run hot at night, and this pillow has stayed noticeably cool, which has made sleeping much more comfortable. Even with the pillow cover on, it hasn’t trapped heat or made me feel warm. Before this, I used to stack smaller pillows or use a neck roll between my legs to keep my hips aligned. That setup was bulky and shifted a lot when I moved during the night. This pillow is much more practical. It fits the natural shape of my legs, stays in place, and doesn’t feel bulky at all. I am still adjusting to the smaller size. I think a slightly larger version could have been ideal, but I’m comfortable with it and getting used to the fit. The pillow cover is also worth mentioning. It’s well made, slipped on easily, and feels breathable. It doesn’t add any extra warmth, which I really appreciate. In terms of pain relief, I’ve noticed about a 5–10% improvement in my lower back pain so far. It’s still early, so I don’t want to over-credit the pillow yet, but I do feel some relief and better alignment, especially compared to my old setup. Overall, this has been a very practical and comfortable solution for side sleeping. If you’re someone who sleeps on their side and usually puts a pillow between your knees to keep your hips aligned, this is a great option. I’m optimistic that with continued use, the benefits will increase, and I would recommend it to other side sleepers looking for a less bulky, cooling, and supportive alternative.

Because I am a warm sleeper, I was concerned that a knee support pillow would be too hot and irritating. This pillow, however, has been nearly perfect — cool, well-contoured, right-sized and comforting, rather than annoying. The one thing that keeps this from being a five-star review is that, in less than 6 weeks, the zipper on the cover has broken. It doesn't affect the pillow's usability, but still 😐

Great knee pillow. It really stays cool and it's comfortable on my legs. It's feel a bit slippery at times, but I'm not complaining. It's a good one.

See UPDATE at end: Dr recommended. My condition causes a pinching of my nerve from laying on my right or left side causing chronic numbness on my skin on my upper right or left front & side. Of my thighs. Using this slings my legs and my condition is improving. It fits up high between your legs and is cool rather than hot like a pillow. I feel warm when I sleep. I was used to it my first night. It’s magic. UPDATE - I’ve used it for 2 months. Loved it until the foam started compressing to very thin no longer alighting my legs and back. Changing to 3 stars

Great product. I have chronic knee pain that keeps me up at night but this product is working fine so far. I'm more comfortable and I love the fact that it is Cooling.

It really stays cool all thru the night. It gives me great sleep used between my legs when sleeping on my side. I also use it as an arm support when sleeping on my back. It eases the discomfort on my shoulder and arm.

The Contour Legacy Leg & Knee Pillow has made a huge difference in my sleep. It stays in place, keeps my hips aligned, and instantly relieved my knee and lower‑back pressure. The memory foam is super comfortable, and I wake up without stiffness. If you’re a side sleeper, this little pillow is a must. The cooling part is also fabulous. Five stars.
