This kit was a great way to replace the failing battery terminal in my wife's 2003 Honda Pilot. The original battery terminals were stretched from years of removal and installation and as a result the metal had stretch and was failing to hold tight to the battery lug. The only issue I had was that the wiring to the vehicle has been crimped to the original terminal and did not have any slack to cut the old terminal off, so I had to pry the original crimped terminal off to attach the included battery lugs. The new large terminals for the vehicle wiring were easily installed with the help of a large pair of vice grips that I successively tightened each crimping until I could no longer crimp any more. I confirmed the terminals were successfully crimped by giving them a strong tug. I then applied aerosol dielectric grease to help prevent corrosion inside the terminal. Overall a pretty easy replacement with the correct tools!

I bought for a 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee WJ. The two terminal rings per battery terminal were great for the design of the Jeep wiring. I connected one ring per wire and put them back-to-back on the battery terminal connector.

Replaced the poor quality old gm battery post clamps. Tighten nicely .

I needed to replace the terminals on my RV battery and these worked out great.

Hd terminals. Better and cheaper then the so called HD terminals at your local parts store. These come with the hardware and they will last a long long time. They grip your battery posts solidly and without issue . Highly recommend .

Wish the wire terminal crimp ends were tinned and not bare copper but that isn't a deal breaker for me. Everything bolted on, crimped on, or shrunk on just as advertised.
