It makes a good sized 300g loaf of sourdough. In fact I bought a second one so that I can make 2 at once.

DOES THE JOB
I'm new to sourdough baking so this is the first Banneton I have used. It certainly did the job both with and without the linen liner. Turned out the dough easily...no sticking. Am about to buy a second one!
