We have a lot of mosquitoes, and we have tried so many things that say they work but didn’t. When I got the Proven mosquito repellent I put it on one arm and left the other without. Was outside for 15 mins, and got no bites on the Proven arm, but 2 on the other arm. Today I put it on both all non-covered areas and helped my son setup a camper. He was getting bit and I wasn’t. He immediately went and used the spray, I prefer the lotion, and stopped getting bit. This stuff really works, and last all day, and I don’t breakouts from using it. It hardly has a smell too. I highly recommend for anyone who the mosquitoes normally love.

Purchased this for a trip to Virginia where most of my time would be spent outside gardening in chigger country. It worked fabulously !I prefer unscented & this one fit my preference. It's not sticky. It lasts all day & then some. It's far better than the spray stuff I had been using.I continue to use this daily. It makes being outside much more pleasant.

I swear by this bug repellent!!My youngest has skeeter-syndrome, so bug bites are literally the END OF THE WORLD at our house. This lotion is pleasant smelling, non sticky, and LONG LASTING. I have put it on him before an overnight trip and he returned the next day bite free! We often pair it with the spray for extra protection. If you are looking for a deet alternative that does not smell or feel like you are bathing in toxic chemicals, this is wonderful.

I live in the mountains of New Hampshire where spring is very buggy. This is the most effective repellent I have found for both black flies and mosquitoes. After it dries on your skin, there is no odor like most repellents so you don't have to smell like Deet, and it lasts a long time so no need to reapply. The only negative is you have to put it on where you can wash your hands (suggest before you leave the house) because if even a little gets on your lips it has a very bitter taste.

WORKS! I was skeptical but wanted to give it a go on our camping trip. I used it all over my toddler on any exposed skin and he only got probably 4 mosquitoes bite all weekend long. Even used it on myself and I would say it works!

Someone recommended this product to me and I am so glad they did! I was skeptical of a lotion that wasn't stinky and filled with chemicals, but could still keep mosquitoes away. Away. I can't walk outside for 2 minutes once these hot temperatures hit without getting eaten alive by mosquitoes. If I have this stuff on, I do not get bitten at all! There's not really a smell to it and it's not greasy, which I love! Little expensive, but worth every penny to not not have sprayed on, stinky and sticky chemicals all over me!

This works. I put it on before working in the garden and it protects me for hours. I’m usually bitten really bad, to the point that I was considering buying a mosquito suit; however, this has done the job for me.
