Atomic Compact Series 25 ft. Tape Measure (DWHT38125S)

What a great tape measure. It even has marking for 1/16 1/8 and etc on the tape. My tape measure extends 3 more feet than advertised for not collapsing while extended straight out. The tape is coated with a protective covering that protects the numbers on the blade so they do not wear off. I should have bought it a long time ago.

The DeWalt Atomic Compact Series 25ft Tape Measure is the perfect balance between durability, portability, and functionality. It’s noticeably lighter and more compact than traditional 25ft tape measures, making it much easier to carry in a tool belt or pocket without feeling bulky. Pros: ✅ Compact & Lightweight – Doesn’t weigh you down like some chunkier models. ✅ Durable Build – The rugged casing can take a beating, just like you’d expect from DeWalt. ✅ Smooth Retraction – The blade retracts quickly without snapping back too aggressively. ✅ Easy-to-Read Markings – Clear, high-contrast numbers make it effortless to read. ✅ Strong Standout – The blade extends several feet before bending, great for solo measuring. Cons: ⚠️ The belt clip is a little stiff, but it does keep the tape securely in place. ⚠️ No magnetic hook, which might be a downside if you’re used to that feature. Final Verdict: If you want a rugged, reliable, and compact tape measure that doesn’t take up too much space, this is an excellent choice. Perfect for DIYers and professionals who need something tough but easy to carry. 5/5 – Definitely recommend!

I like this tape measure. Solidly built. Easy to read.

I've owned quite a few tape measures over the years, and this is easily my favorite. The standout feature is how rigid the blade remains when extended. It reaches much farther without folding over than most tape measures I've used, which makes measuring by yourself much easier. I also appreciate the markings. Every increment is clearly labeled, which makes measurements quicker to read at a glance. Yes, I can calculate the fractions myself, but having them printed on the tape is surprisingly convenient and helps avoid mistakes. The finger brake is another feature I didn't realize I would use as much as I do. It makes controlling the blade during measurements much easier and helps prevent the tape from snapping back unexpectedly. The overall build quality feels excellent. It has quickly become the tape measure I reach for first. Pros *Excellent blade rigidity and reach *Easy-to-read markings with clearly labeled increments *Useful finger brake for precise control *Solid construction *Great for one-person measuring jobs Cons -Slightly bulkier than a basic tape measure Overall, this is one of those tools that seems ordinary until you use a really good one. After using this tape measure, it's hard to go back to cheaper alternatives.

Great name brands well made easy to read it definitely does what a tape measure should do I believe good value for the money would recommend to somebody

My old one died after 15 years, two houses and a lot of projects. I bought the same one again because they last, the wide tape stands out almost 10 feet to grab the end of a board - great measuring tape!

Very solid - and heavy to wear on your belt.

Better made than most other brands I have tried. Very well made. Color makes it easier to find.

It's in feet, not meters 🤦🏿‍♂️

Buen producto.

Good sturdy measuring tape. I only noticed it wasn't metric also when I got it but not a big deal.
