My son needs fiber and his diet and this is the easiest way to put it there. They taste good they smell good, I don’t like it because I wish these came in a zipper pouch like the other multivitamin worms because they seem to get a little hard a little fast, and he is a little more reluctant once they’re not freshly opened to take these, I know it says adult that I checked with my pediatrician before giving these and he told me that it was perfectly fine to use this for my son who is really hard to medicate, I tried giving him the dissolvable kind in his drink, and he thought I was trying to kill him.
