I purchased this Ogon card holder V2. has a gift and the review are the words of the receiver.I've seen these card cases around for many years and have considered buying one on a number of occasions, especially whilst on holiday where they can be purchased for a few pounds. I only recently found out that they were poor copies and are very glad that I didn't waste any money on buying one.The Ogon card case is manufactured from top quality materials and is an absolute pleasure to use. It can be easily opened with one hand and the securing catch operates with ease. I currently have 6 cards in the case and carry around €300 in cash with space left over. I didn't think that I would get used to it to start with, having always used a leather wallet, but after just a couple of weeks wouldn't go back. The case is also less bulky than a traditional leather wallet and slides into a pocket with ease.Although this was a gift, I would be very happy to purchase this myself and fully recommend it.

"Upgraded" to the V2, after the plastic lock on my V1 broke (I wasn't overloading it), just beyond the 2 year warranty (seems to be a known issue, which is presumably why the V2 has a redesigned metal lock). The V2 is decent, but only has six card holder slots compared to the V1's seven and they are also narrower. The new metal lock is stiffer, and the wallet doesn't snap open with one hand quite as readily as the V1 did (perhaps that'll improve with time). Also, the V2 overall seems slightly smaller inside compared to the V1, which feels like a downgrade given both wallets are about the same size externally. That said, love the silver colour of my V2 and it remains a robust piece of kit that does the job -- just not quite as optimal as it should be. C'mon Ögon, give us a V3 done right.

The new version comes with a metal latch so it won’t break as easy this has lasted for long time so far and if you still use lots of cards this is great solution.Make sure you buy the version with the metal latch also it would be nice to have no branding but it is a branded product, the only improvement would be the plastic used between the cards.

Very well made, big enough to carry cards and cash (even some change) without being too big to fit in your pocket. Highly recommended.

I use this product every day and have found that this brand although more expensive than the cheaper ones is far more sturdier and the quality of the materials far superior.

I was going to return it as i was going to change it for the platinum model but when i saw the silver model i thought it looked even better

Have been hunting for a just right sized wallet. I already own an Ogon Smart Case bill sized (not V2 model) which I've had for a few years. I couldn't make myself spring for the V2 model at that time as it was considerably more expensive. The bill size was great and fits bills easily (folded in half) and overall more capacity than I needed. However, not in any way water proof and the clasp is plastic. I dropped it a couple of times and it opened and my cards when flying. I decided to spring for the small, card sized V2. It fixes those problems. Metal clasp and a seal at the perimeter that makes it at least water repellent if not water proof. I purposely dropped it on a few test runs and it does not pop open. A few bills fit if you don't carry many cards - but needed to be folded to card size - which is fine for me. It has six slots (plastic, but held up on my previous unit no problem). I carry about 4 select bills folded down tight (never use, but as back-up) and 8 cards. I'd say that is the max. Size is awesome and slides great into pocket. Expensive, but a step above and should last a long time.

仕事中に財布を持ち歩くのは嵩張るので、身分証や資格証、緊急用にキャッシュカードや紙幣を常時携帯するのに使っています。防水仕様ではありませんが（パッキン入りの仕様もあったはず）、ぴっちり閉まるハードケースなのでズボンのポケットの中で蒸れるような状況でも何の問題も無く、何よりスマートでカッコ良いので気に入っています。

堅くて丈夫に見えるケースだが、自転車の鍵を入れようとしたら引っ掛かりがあった。そのまま入れるのを止めれば良かったが、押し込んで閉めてみたら開閉ボタンで開かなくなり、マイナスドライバーでこじ開けるハメに。形崩れしない素材で、かつミニマル故に許容量は少ないです。無理な運用はしないほうが、良いかと思います。お札、カード、小銭を入れるには便利でした。

It's well made, looks great and the metal lock seems sturdy. I bought the unpainted wallet. On the downside, the capacity is not great ... 7 cards and 5 bills ... you can put a bit more, but it will stress the lock. Also, it's kind of expensive for what it is. And, if you carry it in your pocket with coins, the wallet gets these ugly black scuff marks on it. I polished the marks off fairly easily, and now my wallet always gets a pocket all to itself.
