Perfect...what else do you need?
I purchased this item in December of 2013 for a Christmas gift for my family. I installed the system myself in the family car. If you want to try to install this yourself you can check YouTube "install TV headrest". There not the same model but, it will give you the basic idea. Total install time took me about 1.5 hours.Common sense tells you to make the face where you insert the DVD towards the middle of the car. This will allow you to be able to put the DVD's in without any issues. I purchased the 12 volt adapter that was suggested with the head rest and I also purchased male-to-male RCA connectors so that I could join the two TV's so the option to watch the same movie on both TV's. When you install the TV's if you don't have the male-to-male RCA adapters you cannot join the 2 televisions together. This RCA adapter does not come with the system here is a type http://www.amazon.com/Straight-Male-Connectors-Couplers-Adapters/dp/B00FHHWV94/ref=sr_1_10?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1395862760&sr=1-10&keywords=RCA+Male+Male+coupler As the list states, you have multiple options for playing movies. You can have DVD's, SD cards, thumb drives...etc. Also you can set up which radio stations you would want the sound to come out of. I have each TV set up to come out of a different station just in case they are playing different movies and one loses there headphones or the batteries died.\All in all this is quite a versatile system that has many options to play and listen to. I have had the system installed for about 3 months with no issues. I will update this if issues arise.Only thing that disappointed me was the wireless headphones. They work great but, I have a 3 year old and a 7 year old. The ear pads come off of the headphones really easily so I had to super glue them so they would not come off. I learned this after my 7 year old lost one of the ear pads. I finally found it but, there is no way to just purchase new ear pads. You would have to buy all new wireless head phones.

Nice screen, nice system
This was an expensive purchase, and I was a little worried about that... however, it's turned out well. They're great units, and it's really good to have the ability to run them independantly or together.A couple of pointers:a) I didn't check anything about region coding... and couldn't find anything on Google or in the documentation for these units. Even though I bought them from the US, they seem to be playing my region 4 DVDs fine (ie. Asia / Pacific). So, I think that's a non-issue... unless it locks down after a certain number of plays (like some players used to).b) They don't come with the 6 x female-to-female RCA adapters required to link the two units...?! Odd, as I would have thought that the main use of these is with one player slaved to the other... but there you go.c) The touch screen functionality was a bit disappointing. I was hoping that it would fully drive the DVD menu system (which is notoriously hard for small kids to navigate on a remote control in a moving car)... but no, it just allows you to declare buttons around the edges of the screen. But, no matter, it's still better having a touchscreen for that, in case you lose the remote.

Avoid this product at all costs
I'll say the one good thing I can about these DVD players - the headphones, when they work, have pretty good sound quality.Other than that...they arrived and were installed and instantly two problems - DVD #1 would go to a solid blue screen intermittently but at least every 15 seconds. DVD #2 would not take a signal from DVD #1 so it was not possible to watch the same DVD on both screens.Called customer service and after many attempts finally talked to someone whose attitude was 'why are you bothering us?'They agreed to repair the DVD players - of course I had to return them at my costs and they forced me to pay, in advance, a $20 return shipping charge. I also told them to remedy the fact that the leather covers were too small for the headrests and would not close at the bottom - which they did nothing to fix.So 6 weeks later they were back and installed, for the second time at my cost. Also, the post size is an oddball - if you own any product made by Toyota they will not fit, ever. The post diamter is .410, or 10MM. Measure yours first. Plus, the 'adapter sleeves' they give you are 100% useless. This set of DVD players is the worst of Chinese quality. The instruction manual is useless as it is in borken English which often makes no sense.Avoid this product and company - I wish I could give it no stars.
