Amazing quality avocado oil, it's 100% avocado oil, nothing mixed in to it. Comes in a thick dark green glass bottle. Brilliant for high temperature cooking like steaks. It's a 1litre bottle, screw top bottle. Great price, cheaper than anywhere else Also this brand - chosen foods has the best quality avocado oil. 5/5 stars

Good quality oil with ability to use at high temperature without but turning trans-fats which is what happens to olive oil unfortunately. Very mild if any taste. One downside is it’s expensive.

Great oil. But cannot get the lid off!!! Just keeps twisting. So annoying!!!

After learning that apparently we shouldn't be cooking with coconut oil as it can increase cholesterol levels, I decided to switch to avocado oil for cooking. On the plus side, I am happy this oil comes in a glass bottle and the value for money is good compared to other brands and sizes. However, I am not 100% sure this is pure avocado oil - the colour is super light and there is no avocado flavour at all when I tried it on its own. I understand refined avocado oil has a more neutral flavor and higher smoke point, making it better for baking and high-heat cooking BUT I am still not convinced this isn't mixed with another oil. I remember purchasing a smaller bottle of avocado oil for cooking elsewhere before and it came with a distinct green colour and taste. Having said this, I'd still recommend this brand as, again, it seems to offer the best value for money out there.

Amazingly light and healthy option for cooking. Nice aroma and enhances the taste of your cooking. Fair price for quality avocado oil.

I've been using 'Chosen Foods' Avocado Oil for some years now and specifically because it is cold pressed (and non-G.M.O., and 'Hass' avocado from Mexico - the best) but no more. My latest batch - September, 2025 - which I have only just now come to use, states on the label 'Expeller Pressed', which oil afficianados know is inferior to 'cold pressed' because it involves much higher levels of heat during the extraction process which affects the quality of the oil's constituents. I've just checked today, 12.1.26, and the vendor (and others) I bought from are still using the old product photographs and describing it as 'cold pressed', so, reported to Amazon who agreed with my findings. Such a shame the producers have decided to devalue their previously excellent product. By the way, in my search for non-g.m.o, cold press, mexican hass avocado oil (as was Chosen Foods) I have come across many that also state 'cold pressed' but, after some persistence I have discovered they are NOT cold pressed even though the description, and the 'Rufus' artificial intelligence, state they are, so, be diligent if 'cold pressed' is important to you and check the product you are buying is 'cold pressed' as, because it does have a fairly long 'shelf life', there might be older stocķ still available.

De olie is erg fijn om mee te koken, door het hoge rookpunt verbrand deze nooit met normaal gebruik. De pan is veel te heet om mee te bakken/koken nog voor de olie begint te roken. Zeer neutraal van smaak en beïnvloed de gerechten dus niet.

Uno de los pocos aceites de aguacate 100 % puro y procesado correctamente. Producido en México con los mejores aguacates. Caro desde que los cárteles se hicieron con el control de la venta y distribución de aguacates. La cantidad correcta de calorías es de 126 por porción, no 140 ni 130 como se indica.
