Easy to install and works a treat. The size was just under 400mm as others have stated so may not be any good if replacing an old vent but if your installing the vent from scratch then it's perfect.

Average replacement vent. Decent durability and relatively easy to fit (although depends on how the guide holes have been predrilled on your pvc windows). One downside is that the small ‘switch’ or handle that opens or closes the vent sits down in-line with the top of your window if it’s tilted open and can then catch with the window when you try to close it. Other types keep this handle or ‘switch’ higher up on the body of the vent and out of the way of the window when closing from tilted open. If buying again I would try to buy another type.

Great replacement for the original Anglian windows standard fit tricklevents fitted to my windows 25 years ago which are now all starting to fail as the plastic has been hardened by the sun and is cracking.These are slightly wider so will require another hole drilling, but they cover the old one so it still looks nice and neat and it's still only a couple of minutes to fit. (I only did the outsides as the inner side are still in great condition and the pair don't need to be installed together. )

Honestly I was looking for the sleeker version but these are all I could find on the internet at the time. They are chunkier than I wanted and I prefer the slide versions than this 'underflap' type.They are relatively easy to install but you should be careful with dimensions if using as a replacement with regard to the old hole and slot. They will not align, most probably.They work just fine and have very little leakage.
