This was an easy installation and works perfectly. Seems sturdy after a month of frequent use. The door is easy for the dog to use and the magnetic stop is a nice way to keep the door shut when not in use. There are separate locks to prevent use but we haven’t really used those yet. Dog likes it, humans love it.

Quick and easy to install. Works and looks great, except it doesn't lock. I just close the glass door when we're not using this. Great for the price. Good size for Shiba puppy.

The NAMSAN Pet Screen Door is a must have for anyone who wants to install a pet door in their home, but not have to fuss with anything permanent. This door is great for renters. The door is relatively easy to install, feels sturdy once in place, can be removed fairly easily, and opens and closes effectively. I installed this door in a "pet safe screen", so it did take a little more effort to assemble, simply because the plastic frame has pegs and divots in it that need to be punched through individually. Installation was pretty simple and can be completed by one person if you remove your screen door from the doorframe and assemble it on the ground. You will need a sharp craft or X-acto knife, a phillips head screwdriver, and possibly painter's tape for installation. I found the painter's tape helped immensely with keeping the screws in place on the opposite side as I screwed things in. The door is durable feeling, can fit on any screen, and the plastic material is sturdy. I liked how the plastic is thick and seems weather resistent. I haven't noticed any warping, though my screen and pet door are not in the sun much of the day. There is a small magnet at the bottom of the frame to ensure closes completely once your dog or cat goes through it. It took my dog a little over a day to learn how to use, but training will depend on your pet. Mine is highly food-motivated, so it wasn't too difficult. The only downside about this dog door is that it can only be used when the glass door is open. You can lock the pet door shut, but it's not something I will do, so I can't really comment much about it. Overall, it's a good option if you're looking to have a dog door installed without much effort.

I was apprehensive to cut a hole in my screen door but am so glad I bought this! Installation was fairly simple - I needed a second person to hold one side so I asked my 17 year old daughter to help. Between the two of us we were able to install it in about 20 minutes. The instructions recommend to cut the hold prior to installing however I positioned one piece to the intact screen door, popped the screws through the screen, attached the other half on the other side of the screen and then used a knife to cut the screen around the flap. I had to trim a little higher up along the bottom where the latches are but once the first two screws were in place to hold it, it was fairly simple to snap the two sides back together, insert the rest of the screws and cut the screen. I have a dachshund and a beagle. I held the door open, both inside and outside, for both of them to practice going through the door and they picked it up right away. I then worked with them on pushing the door. The beagle picked up on pushing the door open to go outside within a few minutes and went out three times within the first hour. He's still working on finding the door to come back in. The dachshund doesn't seem as excited about it but I imagine he will pick up on it after watching the beagle a few times. Overall, I'm very happy with this and it will reduce the number of times I have to get up during the day to let them outside. It also lets me determine if an actual dog door would be worth installing at some point based on how they use this.

Super simple install process, only problem is you cannot go off of the recommended weight for the size. I have two dogs one who is 55lbs and one that is about 75lbs. According to the description both of my dogs should be able to easily use this door. My smaller dog fits perfectly my bigger dog has to arch down when going through. It has a place for now but I am replacing it this week. Other than it not being accurate measurement wise for the dog recommendations it is a good door. We got it to replace using magnetic screens that we end up replacing two or three times a year.

Liviana y de fácil instalación en malla mosquitera. Buena altura para mis perros que miden aproximadamente 40cm de alto. Tiene un imán que mantiene la puerta en su lugar y a mis perras les costó acostumbrarse al esfuerzo de abrirla. El seguro para mantenerla cerrada no lo uso, ya que si les bloqueo la salida/entrada van a rasgar la malla Muy recomendable, no se si en el tamaño más grande sea recomendable para malla mosquitera

Update: auch im Jahr 2023 sind wir noch super zufrieden mit dem Produkt! Hält nach wie vor super! Wir haben die Klappe im Insektengitter IM Fenster eingebaut. Unsere Katze hüpft zuerst auf eine Ablage draußen und dann weiter durch die Klappe rein in die Wohnung. Anfangs ließen wir die Türe draußen um ihr zuerst den Ein und Ausgang ohne Türe anzugewöhnen. Bei den ersten Versuchen brauchte sie ein bisschen Hilfe uns Sicherheit. Danach klappte es super! Wir haben noch eine kleine Leiste mit doppelseitigen Klebeband im Fenster Rahmen und zum Rahmen der Türe hin angebracht. (siehe Fotos) Dies stabilisiert dir Türe noch zusätzlich, da durch das rauf springen und durch gehen das ganze schon lauter ist. Würde sie eben durch die Türe gehen wäre dies sicher nicht notwendig. Die Montage war sehr einfach. Wir sind seit über einem Monat sehr glücklich mit der Klappe. Es erleichtert denn Alltag sehr für uns!
